Placing an order, customer confirms, that he has read and agrees with service ordering conditions:
- Contactless service is provided only in Tallinn and surrounding areas (Laagri, Saue, Viimsi, Pirita, Jüri, Peetri, Tabasalu);
- Laundry services are provided according to the pricelist on the homepage;
- Transportation fee 14 EUR will be added to every order of contactless service;
- SOL Baltics OÜ doesn´t share customer´s data to the third parties;
- After placing an order, customer will be contacted by courier and suitable time and date for items collection will be agreed;
- If order is ready, courier contacts customer and brings items back on agreed time;
- Items will be returned if service is paid;
- Returned items must be checked by customer upon return immediately;
- All claims must be made in writing in the form of a reproduction;
- If item, that needs cleaning, doesn´t have instruction labels, then cleaning of the item is customer´s responsibility;
- Laundry and dry cleaning do not guarantee complete removal of all stains (ink, coffee, wine, liqueur, rust, paint, mold, grease etc.).
- Dry clean is not responsible for items: buttons, buckles, belts, zippers, press studs, shoulders, imitation leather, painting of fabrics, glued parts or other possible defects;
- Curtains are cleaned only on customer´s responsibility.
